L'Unic Kegresse fut produit à partir de 1937 pour un production de 3276 unites en Juin 1940 . Quelques engins rescapés de la Campagne de Norvège furent utilisés en Afrique avec les FFL
Les Allemands vont utiliser rapidement ce engin sous la designation de U304(f) afin de tracter les pieces d'artillerie comme les 10.5cm le FH 18 et le PaK 40
La seule modification apportée au debut par les allemands fut la pose d'une superstructue blindée derriere le poste de conduite
En 1943 certains de ces half tracks furent blindés  entierement et ils servirent comme ambulance ou transpors de trouptes blindés
Un petit nombre recurent aussi un canon de 2 cm Flak 38 tirant 400 coups par minute monté dans un petite superstructuer blindée

Unic Kegresse P 107 entered production in 1937 . The entire production run of 3276 prior Battle of France . Some were used by Free French Forces in Africa (issued of the evacuation of Norway )
Germans immediately utilized the Unic P 107 half tracks under designation U304(f) to tow 10.5cm le FH 18 Hotwizer and 7.5cm PaK 70
Initially the only modification, german performed on Unic was addition of an armored superstructure behind driver's cab
In 1943 many of the U304(f)wereheavely modified with a completely armoredsuperstructure and hull
Most of them were used as ambulances and APC . The majority of armored U304(f) were issued to Panzergrenadier units serving in France A
A small number were further modified with adittion of a 2cm flak 38 aa gun with armored shield capable of up 400 rouds per minute
